Welcome to LiveWith. By using our platform you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Overview

LiveWith is a marketplace connecting fans with creators for 1-on-1 live video sessions. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not responsible for session content.

2. Creator Terms

Application and Approval

All applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application. Approved creators receive an email notification.

Pricing

Creators must list session prices inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST. LiveWith is not responsible for creator tax compliance.

Platform Fee and Payouts

First month: No platform fee. You keep 100% of your session price minus applicable GST deduction.

After first month: Platform fee applies. You will be notified before any fee is charged.

GST deduction: All payouts are processed after deduction of applicable GST as per Indian tax law. This applies even during your free first month.

Payout schedule: Every Monday via Razorpay to your registered bank account.

Cancellation by Creator

If a creator cancels a confirmed booking, the fan receives a 100% refund. The creator's next session earnings will be forfeited to LiveWith as penalty.

Creator No-Show

If a creator does not attend a confirmed session, the fan receives a full refund and the creator's next session earnings go entirely to LiveWith as penalty.

3. Fan Terms

Booking and Payment

A 5% service charge is added to all bookings at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel 24+ hours before session: 80% refund within 72 hours to original payment method.

Cancel within 24 hours: No refund. Non-refundable for late cancellations.

Fan no-show: No refund. Profile will be flagged on the platform.

Creator no-show: 100% refund to you within 72 hours automatically.

Creator cancellation: 100% refund to you within 72 hours.

4. Reviews and Comments

Only fans who have completed a paid booking may leave a review. Reviews are subject to admin approval before being published. LiveWith reserves the right to remove any review that violates community guidelines.

5. Referral Programme

Creators earn LiveWith Credits by referring other creators or fans. Credits can be used within the LiveWith platform. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Delhi, India.

For Fans

How do I book a session? +
Sign up or login → Browse creators → Select a creator → Choose a session type → Pick an available date and time slot → Pay securely via Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link immediately after payment.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, and all major wallets. Payments are 100% secure.
What is the 5% service charge? +
A small 5% service charge is added to every booking. This covers platform costs, payment processing, and customer support. It is shown clearly before you pay — no hidden charges.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund? +
Yes — if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, you get an 80% refund within 72 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, no refund is applicable. Go to Dashboard → My Bookings → Cancel booking.
What if the creator does not show up? +
If the creator is a no-show, you will receive a 100% full refund within 72 hours. No action needed from your side — just report it to us at livewith.bookings@gmail.com and we will process it immediately.
How do I join the video call? +
After booking, you will receive an email with your Zoom link. You can also find it in Dashboard → My Bookings → click "Join Zoom call". Make sure Zoom is installed on your device before the session.
How do I leave a review? +
You can leave a review only after completing a paid session with a creator. Go to the creator's profile page and scroll to the Reviews section. Your review will be published after admin approval.
I forgot my password. What do I do? +
Click "Login" → then click "Forgot password?" → enter your registered email address → you will receive a password reset link in your inbox within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

For Creators

How do I apply to join as a creator? +
Click "Join as Creator" on the homepage → fill in your details (name, email, Instagram handle, niche) → submit your application. Our team will review it within 2-5 business days and email you when approved.
Is there a fee to join LiveWith? +
No — joining LiveWith is completely free. For your first month, there is zero platform fee and you keep 100% of your session earnings (minus applicable GST). After the first month, a small platform fee applies.
How do I set my availability? +
After your profile is approved, go to Dashboard → My Slots → Add new slot. Select the date and time you are available. Fans can only book the slots you have added. You can add or remove slots anytime.
How and when do I get paid? +
Payouts are processed every Monday via Razorpay to your registered bank account or UPI. Your earnings are shown in Dashboard → Earnings with a full breakdown including platform fee and GST deductions.
What happens if I cancel a session? +
If you cancel a confirmed booking, the fan receives a 100% refund and your next session's earnings will be forfeited to LiveWith as a penalty. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension. Please only accept bookings you can commit to.
How do I list my session price? +
List your session price inclusive of all taxes including GST. LiveWith adds a 5% service charge to fans at checkout — this is separate from your earnings. Go to Dashboard → Profile → set your session price.
How does the referral programme work? +
Go to Dashboard → Referrals → copy your unique referral link. When another creator signs up via your link, you earn ₹200 LiveWith Credits. When a fan books a session via your link, you earn ₹100 Credits. Credits can be redeemed against platform fees.

General

Is LiveWith available across India? +
Yes — LiveWith is available across all of India. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom so location does not matter. Both fans and creators can be from anywhere in India.
Is my payment information safe? +
Yes — all payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and RBI regulated. LiveWith never stores your card or UPI details. Your data is secured on Google Firebase infrastructure.
How do I delete my account? +
Email us at livewith.bookings@gmail.com with subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address. We will process it within 7 business days. Note that completed booking records may be retained as per our legal obligations.
